We shall provide a Help Desk equipped with mobile controlled by experienced supervisors through the operational hours.
Every vehicle will be provided with daily news paper “ Times of India”
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports will be maintained attested by the operations executives and the reports will be provided along with the monthly invoice.
Vehicles are frequently checked for timely, quality and services and the reports will be provided along with the monthly invoice.
Experienced drivers are deployed with better knowledge of Bangalore city. Each driver will be in white uniform through the duty hours.
Each vehicle reporting time will be noted for report generation.
Any delays as such VVIP movement, or Traffic Jams, status will be intimated to the transport focal beforehand.
The trip sheets should be filled by the employee’s, completely with Name, Location, and Sign.
The Cabs will be labeled as mutually agreed for identification.
Checklists such as Driver, Supervisor, Vehicle and Reporting will be maintained and provided along with the monthly invoice.
Regular driver training program on grooming, Behavior, cleanliness and ethics would be provided.
In case of any break down of vehicles during transit, city taxi would be provided to the location. In case of non availability of city taxi, Autorikshaw can be availed on reimbursement.
